Giveaway: March Student of the Month

UPDATE: Nominations are now closed. Thanks for your entries! Watch for winner announcement at the end of this month.

Hey everyone, for March I’m opening entries up to to all students from K to college. The rules are still simple: you’re eligible to nominate a student if you’re a teacher, but the student must be from one of your classes. Submit a nomination by using the form below. You’ll have until end of day of the 7th of March to get your entries in. The nominees will be screened for me so make sure you fill out the form completely and correctly or I won’t see your submission. As with the previous contests I’ll be putting together something nice to award this month’s winner, and the winning submission will be posted here on Troy43.com. Looking forward to reading your submissions!

Hey, I teach at a community college and I have a private teaching studio. Is there any reason I can’t nominate one of my private students?

I am not a teacher, I am student online with Columbia Southern University. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan, it is difficult being deployed and going to school, but some of my peers and I make it happen. The Steelers have been my favorite team since I was a little girl trying to like everything that my daddy liked! I just want to say that I am proud to serve such country with great athletes that give back. My unit will be returning home in July and looking forward to watching next season at home!

I would like to nominate my son Noah he is one of the biggest Troy Polamalu fan. we have gotten him a signed troy jersey. he went wild over. if he were to win this he would be one of the happiest kids in the world. he has strait A’s and is really a good kid. there would be nothing like seeing him with this gift. well besides the signed jersey.. anyway this would be the perfect thing to go along with his new jersey… thank you sooo much.

hello, I am a school psychologist, not a teacher, persay but I am credentialed to work with students in various capacities and settings, including learning interventions, social skills, etc. Would I be eligible to nominate a student that work with? I am always interested in finding new ways in which to acknowledge students efforts, achievements, and all around hard work, especially in the population I work with.
