Giveaway: December Student of the Month

For this month’s Student of the Month, I’d like to honor an outstanding middle school student. If you are a teacher you are eligible to nominate a student, but the student must be from one of your classes. Submit a nomination by using the form below within the first seven days of this month. The nominees will be screened for me so make sure you fill out the form completely and correctly or I won’t see your submission. I’ll be putting together something nice to award this month’s winner, and as with the past contests we’ll post the winning submission here on Troy43.com.

UPDATE: The Nomination period for the DecemberStudent of the Month Giveaway is now closed.
Check back near the end of the month to see the winner announcement

Troy, I would like to nominate Brooke Robertson as the middle school student of the month. Brooke is one of the kindest, sweetest girls I have ever met, and even though she gets picked on a lot at school she will come home and tell her mom that it’s okay they don’t mean it and the next day go back to school and again attempt to be friends with the same people who bullied her the day before. She is a straight A honor roll student, loves animals, God, her family and the Steelers. She will drop whatever she is doing to help a friend in need, and I know that Brooke is going to grow-up one day and be a very valuable assist to our community and our country. She deserves to be recongized for her strength, her kindness, and her ability to forgive.
    Sincerely,
    Debra M Burnett

Was a winner ever announced for this? Just curious, it is such a great idea to recognize the hard work of today’s students.
