Troy Polamalu of the Pittsburgh Steelers has teamed up with two great causes to help “change the world” via social media to help put an end to poverty.
Polamalu has teamed up with TwitChange and CARE.
Twitchange is an effort to bring “celebrities and fans together on Twitter for online charity auctions that CHANGE THE WORLD!”
Additionally, CARE’s efforts “fight global poverty with an emphasis on empowering women and girls with education, and mental health and microfinance resources.”
