As a rule of thumb I never wear a player’s shirt,until now.Troy with all his talent and his integrity has made me want to support him anyway I can.I will be wearing his jersey even when it his time to go a different route.Great article! By the way San Diego is awesome

Troy, in my opinion is, is poised to be the all-time greatest player from a defensive standpoint. His athletic ability, genuine love of the game, and his humility are both a rarity and a pleasure in a game that boasts some real arrogant, self-centered players. His achievements both on and off the field are testament to his upbringing, class and poise as a national sports figure. Not to mention his sense of humor about himself, his craft and his hair! He is a pleasure to watch on the field, and elsewhere on TV in his commercials.
I am a displaced Pittsburgh son, born and raised. I follow the Buccaneers (the home team here in Tampa), but watch the Steelers as often as I can. The three main people I love to see during the games are Troy, Hines Ward and M. Pouncey. But I still love, and always will, the Steelers. I was there for the Immaculate Reception, Steel Curtain, and all the older glory days of the Steelers. Troy, Hines, Ben and the entire Steeler team are a credit to the Steeler dynasty, and should (and do) rank right up there with Joe Green, Dwight White, Franco, Rocky B., Bradshaw and the rest of the 70′s dynasty that have provided Pittsburgh fans with years of enjoyment and pride!
Keep up the great work Troy! Hopefully someday I’ll actually get to meet you and talk with you about football and the Steelers!
